SHIPPING POLICY
At Deck Heads, we strive to provide prompt and reliable shipping for all of our customers. Please review our shipping policy for information on shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.

1. Order Processing
1.1. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
1.2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
1.3. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
2.1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
3.1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
3.2. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
4.1. Deck Heads is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4.2. International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

5. Shipping Address
5.1. Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5.2. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
6.1. Deck Heads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
6.2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
